Deck against wood paneling, how to fix?

Considering bidding on a house. The inspection mentions that the deck is against the house paneling. Is there a convenient way to fix this? I'm open to hiring a professional but would like to know a bit about the scope/price. There's also a hot tub on this deck, close to the wall.

It's about 7 meters where the patio is against the facade.

Remove the innermost board and install a metal flashing to divert the water away from the deck structure.
