Hi I need to cut down one (1) concrete block (ByggMAX) by 5 centimeters. It is a 19x59x19 where I need to take off 5 cm from the top (cut, not split fortunately).

How do I do it without a cutting disc?

Sacrifice a handsaw? Goggles and a chisel (doesn't need to be pretty) Hacksaw?

Regards / Dan

If you want a neat cut, handsaw. If a coarser surface is okay, chisel and hammer.

Bought a saw at JULA with carbide teeth or similar..
Made fine cuts and sawed nicely through the blocks.

Thank you for the quick and simple answers.

AXE, works perfectly..

Absolutely axe! You chop a path around it and then it usually solves itself.
I've tried a cutting disc. It creates a terrible amount of dust. I've also tried a handsaw. Difficult because, of course, the saw becomes dull immediately. That's not good either.
I also used a reciprocating saw. The blades get worn out when you've gotten a quarter into the block, plus it creates dust.
The axe is definitely the only thing I would recommend!

If you are just cutting one block - handsaw. If you are cutting many - reciprocating saw with the right blade. I have, with 2 blades, cut loads of blocks for our stable construction of about 100sqm. =)
