Hello
I am collecting quotes on building materials for a garage and have received a price for a lecabalk that is 3.9 meters. However, I cannot use a beam longer than 3.6 meters. It was significantly cheaper though, and I am now wondering if I can cut it to the required length. Does anyone know how a lecabalk is constructed and if it matters if I cut it?

It definitely contains quite a bit of reinforcement. I guess you would need to use a substantial cutting tool to get through. The question is whether it compromises anything if you cut it?
