I want to "create" threads in the wall in two places.
It should be possible to screw in and out, for example, a hook.
Preferably, it should be possible to screw in something that hides the holes/threads when they are not in use.
There might be a certain load on it straight out from the hole in some situations, so everything should be securely fastened.
A bit difficult to explain in a good way perhaps, but I hope someone understands what I'm after.
Does anyone have a tip on how I can solve this in the best way?
All tips are gratefully received!

Or a regular nylon plug that you screw into your hook when needed.
There is also this type that does not require a mounting tool.
