Hello!

We have a house without a basement from 2004 that has developed cracks.
The cracks are small and of various lengths.
See attached image.

Do you think this is something we should be worried about?
Is there any product on the market that can be used to "cover" the cracks effectively?

  • Small vertical crack on exterior house wall above soil, adjacent to green garden hose.
Hello

Has anyone else had this problem?
Is it possible to, for example, plaster over it?

Completely normal, let it be, but monitor.

Looks like the fiber cement board has cracked. I assume you have a foundation built externally with edge elements of cellular plastic and fiber cement.

This type of edge element tends to crack if made on fresh cellular plastic. You can replace the board, but it's only aesthetic.
