Hello! I'm about to tackle the large balcony now, but I have no idea what to do. The current floor has cracks in the surface layer (not large but enough to cause problems, I think). Should I remove the entire surface layer and redo it, or can it be fixed in another way? I have a patio under the balcony and notice that moisture is seeping through, causing the paint to start peeling.
