Cover panel doesn't fit on the bottom part
Hi,
I've encountered a problem with the kitchen renovation. The front of the dishwasher won't fit if the cover panel is in place; it's just over 1cm too tight. I can't move the tall cabinet further to the right (I think) because there is a drywall there where the electricity and water run.
The alternative I can think of is to cut where the door front ends because there is space at the top, or will that look weird? Anyone have other suggestions?

The lower cabinets would need to be moved to the left.
When the measurements between the left and right wall were taken, at what heights were they measured?
Walls are rarely completely vertical, so the difference can be over 1 cm.

You never cut into fronts, I don't see the problem with moving the cover panel more to the right, it looks like there's space?S Simon Sundberg1 said:Hello,

The base cabinets cannot be moved further to the left, they are already as far in as possible against the wall on the left. Measurements were taken on top of the previous frames, so it is likely, as you say, that the wall must have differed from where I measured.Demmpa said:

I don't mean to cut into the actual front but to cut the cover panel where the front ends so that you still have a cover panel for what you want to cover (i.e., the white tall cabinet).Rejäl said:
Maybe it was a bad picture, to the right I have placed the cover panel in front of the tall cabinet and in the middle is the dishwasher. To the right of the tall cabinet is a wall, so it can't be moved further to the right.
Can't you remove the wall's surface layer so you can shift everything to the right?S Simon Sundberg1 said:I'm not suggesting cutting into the front itself but rather cutting the cover side where the front ends so you at least have a cover side for what you want to cover (i.e., the white tall cabinet).

Are you thinking of just having a bare wall on the left side, or moving the wall to the right? I guess you could cut the plasterboard on the left side—that would give me the 13mm I need. It doesn't matter if there's no plasterboard there, as the tall cabinet will cover it anyway, and then you can attach the tall cabinet directly to the studs instead. Here you can see a bit more of the wall.Rejäl said:
