I just mean that one should not place the sheet that way. I have no idea if it is an old or new picture, yours or someone else's house. Just that it is mounted incorrectly.

That was my question I posted yesterday! Thanks, now I know! Then I'll have to correct it when the panel is to be replaced. Or if I become a millionaire so I can get a company here.

So you have brought in a carpenter to ask if the metal sheet is properly installed? I don't really understand what you want to achieve from this other than to tarnish a company's reputation?
The metal sheet is incorrectly installed on your windows..
