Hmm... that sounds quite doubtful and very much like the bags will at best end up as fill in someone's construction project but more likely in a nearby forest.

Was there any company name on the vehicle? It's not like you load ten big bags of concrete onto just any vehicle.

If it was pure concrete, it costs nothing to tip, so it doesn't have to be as shady as it sounds.

Edit: Maybe I should clarify that I can't swear that this applies everywhere, but a landfill-classified bin with pure concrete from constructions is usually only billed with transport costs. (The latter obviously depends on the agreement).

Both JP and Hasse want to be paid, what other options are there in Stockholm?

  • Price list for waste materials at Hans Andersson tipping site in Hanvedsmossen, Stockholm, including asphalt, concrete, and rock with pricing details.
  • Price list from JP AB recycling service in Stockholm, showing fees for various materials like concrete and asphalt per ton.

If the question was directed at me, I guess the bigger ones are also in Stockholm, but I have no idea. But it feels like they are targeting private individuals if they list prices.

Edit: After a quick search, it seems both Suez and Ragn-Sells are also located on that side of the country, just as an example.
