You can buy 90-degree hole-plates to protect corners...

Should I buy one and step on it a bit so it gets a milder angle and can be mounted against this... or how have you solved these situations?

Danogips has a tape called multiflex tape that is designed to be used at all possible angles. Check it out, it's probably what you're looking for.

I solved a 90-degree corner with a batten that was rabbeted out for the wall panels, and the corner was rounded significantly.
There's wallpaper there now.

It's almost impossible to straighten a bent metal sheet, so forget it.

If I had done like you, I would have mitered the gypsum so paper meets paper.

Thinking more about protection against shocks... should be able to take the angle, go to a steel seller and ask them to bend a sheet and then drill holes + countersink and then mount...

weave the whole corner, use wet room glue so it stays there, then putty it up. Make sure the screw is screwed in, without cracking the plaster. Like the prototype, I don't understand why they didn't place the plasterboard edge to edge, okay maybe the stud behind wasn't positioned correctly.

don't quite dare ask the carpenter to redo it, haha..

but no, these studs in the modular house are a real challenge, nothing logical here..

If it is 135 degrees, there are ready-made ones from some manufacturers. It might be difficult to find someone who stocks them. For example, http://www.norgips.se/index0,710.htm
