Convert walk-in closet to office

I have a very small closet that I'm considering converting into a space for office work. As you can see in the picture, it's a very small area, but if you remove all the clutter, a built-in desk and an office chair should fit.

What I'm wondering about is the ventilation. What you see as a door leads to an attic space. What's the smartest option, a passive or active exhaust fan out to the attic and some form of air intake under the door?

Is there anything else I should consider?

No, no ventilation out to the kattvind, you don't want warm, moist indoor air in the kattvind.
If you are going to ventilate, it should go outside where the ventilated air should end up.
