Yes, they arrived a few days later and the order was complete with no complaints about the quality. However, they were products from Velux, so they have nothing to do with the manufacturing.

As for the question of responsibility, I can only say that I will update here once we resolve the dispute. The current situation is that I have contested parts of the invoice citing damage claims due to delay and their response is that they will sue me for fraud.
 
I thought I would update a bit on this, unfortunately, this is an incredibly unprofessional company, they refuse to engage in a concrete discussion and even address arguments, instead opting for threats. Over the past month, I have tried to have some sort of discussion, but they cannot accept any kind of argument and reference to consumer legislation. Consteel byggvaror and also Saver Bygg, with whom I am apparently communicating now, think threats are the best solution.

This has now been reported to ARN, and there is still the threat of legal action from Consteel's side. I hope ARN can investigate it before they execute their threats. If I understand correctly, ARN does not make a statement if it has already been taken to court. If we end up in a situation where it actually goes to court, I will have to consult with a legal advisor to decide whether to pursue it further or give up.

Lucky I didn't manage to place an order with Consteel.
I hope it gets resolved as well as it can for you.

Hello, I want to provide some different input, as I ordered from Saver/Consteel in 2017, and I'm actually considering ordering from them again. It took, as you described, a long time and the delivery time was delayed several times, but since I was in the middle of a major renovation, where I installed water-based underfloor heating throughout most of the house and ordered the floor early, the floor arrived just in time for the kitchen to arrive.
I ordered Kährs oak flooring, and it was the right stuff and the price was below the purchasing price at the companies where my carpenter brother-in-law could get the same flooring.
If you can wait, it might still be worth the money, but expect to order at least six months before you need the floor. But they might have gotten even worse than before, who knows 🙃

Edit: The company's website doesn't seem to exist anymore, so I seem to avoid testing their current service 😅
