Hello.

I have a kitchen sink made of concrete. However, the concrete in the sink has become porous, probably due to the previous homeowners using cleaners that were too strong.

My question now is whether it's worth trying to repair it and, if so, how to do it in a way that looks nice? The sink is otherwise very beautiful, and I think it's a shame to cut it out for a metal sink.

What is the surface like, is it polished?
