Hello!
I am going to build a heated garage of around 120 square meters and have basically decided 100% that it will be with concrete panel walls and not lecablocks.
My experience with concrete panels is nonexistent and I wonder if anyone can explain to me the different options for attaching the blocks to the foundation footing.
What does "fixed into foundation footings" mean, as mentioned on TMC concrete panels' website, for example???
How do you go about building with concrete panels? Are there any good websites that describe the different options for constructing such buildings?
Or has anyone done it and would like to share with me here how you went about it??

Thanks in advance! :)

Haven't watched TMC before, but it seems that the wall elements are bolted rigidly to the base plate. An individual wall can therefore stand alone without toppling over.

The alternatives are having a steel frame to which the wall elements are attached, i.e., "mounted against frame."
Or that the whole building functions as a large box with the roof holding everything together, "stability through plate action in the roof."

"mounted against the frame" is indeed a logical term, but fixed in the foundation slab would then mean that you simply bolt the wall elements to the slab with some form of expansion bolt through cast-in mounting ears or???

Images-links.... anyone?

Yes, exactly. Or welding against an embedded plate. Note, however, that the foundation must be dimensioned to absorb the loads from the wall.

Can someone with experience in building with concrete elements recommend who to turn to for purchasing the elements, good price and good people to deal with, i.e. The garage will be built in southern Sweden and the supplier should have their own crane truck.
