Concrete blocks load-bearing wall in EPS

Hi
I'm considering casting EPS concrete on the old slab. I have three load-bearing walls that ideally should stand on the foundation. But to avoid having organic material embedded, I plan to lay a row of concrete and then frame it at the same level as the EPS concrete.
Is there anything I'm missing or thinking incorrectly about there?

Check if it works with rows of cellplast S300.
