Concrete block or cement retaining stone

We are going to build a garage, which is cheaper lekablock or cemenhållsten. Does anyone know the cost of concrete roof tiles per square meter?

Concrete stones are probably a bit cheaper, but they are so much heavier and more cumbersome to work with. Additionally, they insulate worse than lättklinker (leca).

Double-pantile concrete roof tiles cost about 55 SEK/m2 for just the regular tiles. Then ridge tiles and other accessories are extra.
