Hello,

Does anyone know what material this could be? Lättbetong?


Trying to open up a wall to install a door but the drill just slides through. Considering the reciprocating saw, but the last time I tried that on another wall, the blade just got worn out.

Concrete block... It's a stone blade on the angle grinder if you want straight nice cuts, otherwise chisel or use a concrete hole saw (core drill) ä...

Thanks, I don't have such a large angle grinder (thick wall) so I'll have to try other methods.

You can run a "groove" with a smaller angle grinder and then chisel towards the groove (wide enough for the angle grinder to reach again) and then keep cutting grooves, chiseling, cutting grooves, chiseling...

You can run a "track" with a smaller angle grinder and then chisel against the track (wide enough for the angle grinder to reach again) and then continue cutting tracks, chiseling, cutting tracks, chiseling..

Solved it with a sledgehammer and rotary hammer. You won't find straighter lines at home
