Hello,
A question about sealing concrete surfaces.

The background is severe shrinkage cracks caused by too-fast curing in hot weather without covering (a separate question has been asked about this).

If you want to minimize the risk of water penetrating the shrinkage cracks - can/should you (or should you avoid?) combine Siloxane- and sodium silicate-based sealants? For example, can I use both Herdins Fuktstopp and Weber's concrete impregnation, and if so, in what order should they be applied?

Granite tiles will be laid on the impregnated surface, so each agent must work with the adhesive...

Grateful for tips and ideas.
