Hello everyone!

The contractor is currently building our 2-story villa. It will have a shed roof with a 14-degree slope. However, no one will "see" the roof because it "points" towards the rear façade facing a wooded area (i.e., the roof height is lower on the rear façade).
We had planned to use click sheet metal, but the contractor asked if we wanted to switch to flat clay tiles and save about 40,000 SEK.

What would you choose? Is click sheet metal better and worth 40k extra compared to clay tiles? I would greatly appreciate your good advice 😊

Best regards

It is just on the edge that folded tiles work with that roof slope. So I wouldn't go for it.
