As the title suggests, here comes a question that I see is present in several previous forum threads. Is the interior wall load-bearing?

Background: A condominium currently consisting of a small kitchen and a small dining room, the goal is to combine these two rooms into one. The association has approved the change but does not have any information on whether the wall between these 2 rooms is load-bearing. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of 4.

Wall information: Last night I did a little "excavation" and drilled all the way through the wall. It is 10cm thick and consists of a 1.5cm outer skin with 7cm of light concrete inside.

In the attached image, it is the red-marked wall that I want to remove! :)

What are the chances that my wall, with a thickness of 10 cm, a length of 240 cm, and a height of 260 cm, is load-bearing?

I'm pretty sure this wall is not load-bearing. It definitely wouldn't consist of 2 layers of plaster and 7 cm of lightweight concrete if it were.
 
Agree. It doesn't seem particularly likely that it is load-bearing.
The walls around bathrooms etc. appear to be of the same kind?
