I have added extra insulation with horizontal 45x45, and now I plan to install (horizontal) plywood 13mm and (vertical) gypsum 13mm.

Do I need to install vertical 45x45 under the plywood joints, or will it hold together anyway when I mount the vertical gypsum?

It will hold, as long as you don't do a "generalskarv," i.e., have a drywall edge along a plywood edge.

I have a follow-up question on that.

When the lying studs on the exterior wall meet the standing studs for interior walls, do you need to place standing noggings in the corners so that the wall panels have a complete contact surface?

If you are also plastering the interior wall, place metal corner beads to secure the plaster in the corner. Otherwise, it risks cracking.

Exactly, then you screw the plasterboard into it, so it binds the panels together and you avoid the crack in the corner.
