3D model showing a curved structure with dimensions; seeking advice on material choice for bending, considering durability and ease of covering with fabric.

Any tips on what sheet material I should choose to easily make this "bend"?
It will be vulnerable to kicks and such - so I can't use something like plasterboard.

It will be covered with fabric later, so the "finish" is not very important.

Any tips? :)

The file doesn't work but I can imagine that spårad mdf might be something for you?

Ah yes sorry about that, I added the wrong file first. But tracked MDF, well done!

It looks like a fairly gentle bend. Plywood about 12 mm thick or so should work and be strong if the finish isn't important. Solid wood should be even stronger. It might be irrelevant, but you won't get a circular arc, but rather a parabola if you only have three support points as in the drawing.

Clarification; The drawing is actually not finished, I was planning to add more studs behind later.

But I was thinking of starting by attaching one in the middle, and then laying out a string and trying to draw.

Otherwise, I don't know how to make a nice curve that becomes even.
