Chicken coop - vapor barrier or similar in the roof?

Building a small chicken coop of 12sqm with a cast slab and insulated walls. Wall panels and ceiling in construction plywood, carefully sealed and painted with waterproof paint. Wall vents for ventilation.

It is now time to address the inner ceiling/loft. Eave ventilation with an air gap for 35cm insulation on the loft floor.
My question is whether I should install any vapor barrier/control or something similar between the loft floor and the inner ceiling panels?

if you don't have it in the walls, it won't help to have it in the ceiling.......Better then to have adequate ventilation.
