Hello!
I live in a BRF and want to tear down my wall between the kitchen and living room. See the red marking on the bottom left in the image. Note that several people in the BRF have torn down exactly that wall in their apartment.
The guy who can tear down my wall wants paperwork to show that it is not load-bearing. The BRF says that I “own” the wall and should ensure this myself.
Should I hire a company to tap on a wall and write a certificate? How much might that cost? Do you have any tips?
Regards, Johan

The building engineer you hire should not settle for knocking on the wall since it doesn't say much; they should check the reinforcement drawings and other construction drawings and combine that with the knowledge of how houses from that time period are constructed.

A tip before hiring a contractor is to find all available construction drawings of the house. These can surely be found at the city planning office. If the contractor has to start looking, it will cost unnecessarily much money. If you get hold of some drawings, you can also upload them here so you can at least get a hint about the situation
