Does anyone know the best way to store cement bags over the winter?

Dry and preferably above the 0-mark.

Otherwise, it works well to place the cement bags in an absolutely sealed trash bag and under a roof.

However, it should not stay longer than 6 months.

They should absolutely not be placed on a concrete floor. Not even a "dry" concrete floor.

Well... I have used cement older than two years without seeing any difference in the result...

It is apparently because the additive that acts as a chrome reducer ceases to be active after a certain time, which increases the risk of hypersensitivity reactions. Therefore, the manufacturers set six months.
