Trying to create a suspended ceiling for soundproofing from the upper floor, following "Norgips ceiling system 2". There will be a 3mm thick screw head where the wall track meets the secondary beam. Worried that there will be a bump on the plasterboard there, has something gone wrong?

Use lightweight construction screws instead of mounting screws.

you can reliably get the regelttången and punch them together or move the screw closer to the wall to cover the ceiling moulding. Many walls with metal studs are like that in offices, etc. no one sees it :D

The disadvantage of the torx head is that it is slightly higher than ph2.
But as others have said, no one will see it.
