I have built my own truss roof according to the link/image. The beams are in the dimension 45x170, others 45x120. The collar ties are jointed with nail plates in the middle, the span is 7 m. Now I am planning to install an inner ceiling consisting of tongue and groove paneling 22x145. Will the trusses hold for the extra weight? I would guess the inner ceiling weighs around 1 ton, but I'm not sure about this.
