I am going to start building a mold for a staircase with a total of 3 steps,
1½ steps will be against plastered foundation and the top part will come up a bit on today’s paneling. Of course, I understand that I cannot pour concrete against wood paneling.
Instead, I plan to cut the paneling according to the shape of the staircase +50mm margin. Then the studs and the wind barrier will become visible, and I cannot pour concrete against those either. Now the question is: Can I place a, for example, cement board directly against the wind barrier following the shape of the staircase +5mm and pour concrete against that? Then I will put a metal sheet that goes under the panel and extends out on the stairs to catch all the water running down the wall. I’ve drawn a sketch of how I’ve planned it.
Am I completely off course?

Well, I'm no expert, but a mineritskiva sounds like a good idea. Alternatively, you could just use oiled plywood or form-ply so that it extends a little beyond and you can perhaps knock it loose afterward (a bit difficult to understand how tight the space might be).
The only thing I was curious about is if you plan to cast together with the plastered foundation. One foundation to another is likely to move between each other and cause cracks. Normally, you would try to place some form of formwork joint in between, so there's room for movement without cracks.

Hello!
I would not recommend having only a minerit layer, as minerit, being capillary absorbing like concrete, allows moisture to penetrate the wooden frame. However, if you have a spacer like sill paper or similar between the minerit and the wood, it works fine from that perspective.
You should also consider what happens if snow stands against the wall in the winter, as it will melt and the water can find its way over the edge of your minerit and into the construction.
Rainwater combined with wind will also be forced into the construction with that solution.
It would be best not to cast the stairs against the wall, leave a small gap, say 50 mm, and cover the gap with a sheet to prevent snow and debris from collecting there.
