As mentioned, I want to cast 2 concrete countertops for the kitchen but have some considerations.

I need one countertop for the kitchen island and it has to be 120cm wide, the formwork panels are only 120 wide, so there's not much space to attach a frame. The same problem arises with the other one which has to be 380cm long, as the panel is only 250 long. It won't be good with a joint in the middle of the countertop, a lot of work to polish away.

How do I resolve this, help me...!

Hmm. 3.80, that's heavy. Can't you fit in a joint?
You can attach the frame on the outside instead, perhaps.

I agree with the previous writer, try to make a joint as the board will otherwise weigh 220kg and may break in the middle during installation.

I don't think it will turn out well with a joint on that board. Ideally, it should be 4040 long, but make a joint so it becomes 3500 instead. An additional joint won't look good.
It also needs to be cut out for a double sink and a large cooktop, so it won't be a solid 3500 long.

Cast in place?

How have you planned it then? With form, concrete mixer, etc.
It's supposed to be kitchen countertops, so standing and messing with those in the new kitchen feels a bit risky.

I will also have a concrete countertop, I want to try different colors, I have heard that you can get it in black or white if you want.

Have you already cast them, or how do you plan to do it?
What will be the dimensions of your slabs?

one can dye with a variety of different colors if desired, there are different pigments that are applied to the concrete after curing, allowing them to penetrate the concrete and color it.
