We are going to replace our dishwasher with an integrated dishwasher. This also includes installing a dishwasher door. Additionally, we will replace the vanity unit in the bathroom but keep the sink. For that installation, some silicone against the wall and the sink will need to be removed and reapplied.

For both the kitchen and bathroom renovations, water and such installations are already in place. In the bathroom, the necessary holes are already drilled as it's a matter of replacing the vanity with one of the same model (same dimensions and screw holes, etc.).

Can one do this oneself without experience, or should help be arranged?

Images make it easier... Which steps are you unsure about? If it's just the water connections you're worried about, I think it should be fine, as long as you have the theory clear in your mind, which you can surely find here on the forum and on YouTube. If you're not into handiwork at all and feel unsure about how to change the actual vanity itself, you might be on thin ice. I would say it somewhat depends on how long you can be without the dishwasher. Can you afford to wait for a craftsman for a few days if you fail when trying yourself?
