We tiled the kitchen wall and laid tiles on the hall floor last weekend. Now we want to grout. And then I read in the documentation for the tile grout that you should grout no later than 3 days after placing the tile (see image from the document).

Does anyone understand this - what is the problem if you do it a little longer after these 3 days? What are the consequences/risks of grouting later than the recommended 3 days, as we will be doing?

Instruction document for Kiilto Klinkerfog, detailing usage, properties, and instructions for fast-setting grout for floor tiles.

Could it be that they are trying to say that sometimes one may need to wait up to 3 days before it is possible to start the grouting?

I hope you're right, me being a lawyer (lol) might be nitpicking words a bit too much.

Well, I have similar occupational injuries, so one must assume that the person who wrote the instructions didn't think in the same way. Possibly it's a translation error.

What is meant is when the sealing can be done at the earliest.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I'll drop this semantic question and submit whenever I want!
