Can this wall be considered load-bearing?

Hej!

Jag funderar på att ta ner en innervägg. Ingreppet är tyvärr för kostsamt om väggen visar sig vara bärande. Därför undrar jag om någon redan nu kan svara på om väggen sannolikt är bärande eller inte, innan jag kontaktar en konstruktör för att göra bedömningen.
Jag infogar ritningarna gällande luftbehandlingar, samt ett förtydligande av min bostadsrätt och den väggen jag funderar över(mellan kök och sovrum, markerad i blå).

Vad gäller övriga väggar:
-Samtliga lägenhetsavskiljande väggar är av betong.
-Väggen av intresse är också av betong, vidare skiljer den sig dock ljudmässigt

ifrån övriga betongväggar. V​

äggen låter mindre kompakt när jag knackar på den, medan de andra betongväggarna utger ett mer högfrekvent ljud.
-Innerväggar är av gips, även de mot ytterväggarna.

Vidare information:
Ritningarna avser våningar 1,2 och 3 av 5.
Bostadsrätten ifråga ligger på våning 3 av 5.
Fastigheten byggdes 1985.
Takhöjd 235 cm.
Väggen i fråga har två vägguttag på vardera sida, samt en strömbrytare på ena sidan.

Difficult to say based on that material. Try contacting the company that calculated it from the start. K on the drawing, (likely constructor)

Have you asked if anyone on the board or the property manager knows anything about the building's construction and which walls are load-bearing?
If nothing else, there should be better blueprints than a ventilation plan.

The question cannot be answered with certainty based on the drawing material. More information about the construction method is needed, preferably a K-drawing. If I were to guess, I'd believe it is a cast-in-place load-bearing concrete wall.

You need to have a drawing or knowledge of what the roof trusses look like. In some municipalities, including Stockholm, you can access most of the drawings directly online.

Have you asked if anyone in the board or the manager knows anything about the building's structure and about which walls are load-bearing?
If not, there should be better drawings than a ventilation diagram.

Yes, I asked our deputy host. He then attached these drawings with the comment that this was what he could assist with!
Of course, I'm planning to call the board this week to see if they have any objections. Based on my involvement in the nomination committee, I would say that the board does not possess that information.
