I am going to install a stove that will weigh over 600kg...
I need to reinforce the floor (Slab on grade)...
Is it enough to stack a bunch of Leca blocks up to floor level?

If there are sharp feet on the stove, it might sink into the leca if it stands directly on it. But then you can cast a plate on top so the pressure is distributed over a larger area..

I don't understand the construction... Slab on grade? Then you don't need any lecablock! Or do you mean up to the second floor?

Uninsulated slab on ground maybe...?

It is a single-story house, and the floor is first framed, then wooden decking, then laminate flooring. The floor must be torn up down to the slab and reinforced, then put everything back (Wooden decking + laminate)... After that comes the floor plate for the stove, then on that a Handöl 26T high model = 590kg..

Can't you cut a hole in the floor with a circular saw?

The Lecablocks can handle the weight, you don't need to worry about that. Saw up, lay a couple of blocks, put the floor back - done.
