I'm considering possibly installing an Isokern fireplace + chimney. It will be about 9 meters tall and weigh approximately 1.5 tons in total. The base area where it rests on the slab is 440x440mm.
The slab of the house is, as far as I can see, 200mm thick C20/25 concrete and reinforced with 6200 mesh both at the top and bottom. Under the slab, there is 200mm of EPS insulation.
Can this permanent point load be handled without deformations or other issues?
