This will be my first post in the forum after actively following it for a while (moved from the wrong part of the forum).
My partner and I are currently renovating our kitchen. As part of this, we have decided to take down part of the wall that separates the kitchen from the living room. However, after looking at the house blueprints, a question has arisen that I hope the forum can help me with.
In the attached drawing, the wall we intend to modify is shown (red marking for the part we wish to remove). The wall extends to the marked line with two load-bearing structures at each end of the wall. At the bottom, there is a 45x70 beam that must also be removed (only within the red marking) to allow for flooring between the rooms. Are there any potential issues with cutting this beam within the marking, or is it clear as long as we leave the beam outside the marking?
Grateful for any help we can get!

Everything depends on how stable the construction is
Normally, there shouldn't be any problems.
But...
In general, I would say that if you have to ask, you should get someone knowledgeable to take a look at it.
