How do you quickly calculate the consumption of cover strips 22x45mm on one side of the house?
See image. The new panel that will go up will allow for 41 pieces on the side compared to 34 today, but if you need to subtract for windows and minimize waste, how do you calculate it and what length should I have?
I feel like an idiot for not understanding, but you shouldn't have to measure the length of each old strip...
The dimensions in the image are not exact but close.

Aha, will check it out immediately and see if it can be applied here.

225.5 m

Robo, do you mean 225 and a half or 225 linear meters and then in 5 meter lengths??

The bottom boards will be 170mm, couldn't select it in the app.

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding the question, but as many meters as you bought paneling.
Lockläckt is among the cheapest in wood material, so you can always use some waste as firewood.
But a quick calculation.
41 pieces, and I would have said 45 pieces, accounting for some waste and no consideration for windows
Height 4-7m but with windows, so let's say 4.9-5.2 m lengths, so about 5 m based on your windows.
45 pieces * 5 m = 225 linear meters
