Hello,
I'm a happy amateur renovating my kitchen in an apartment in an old house with incredibly boring walls that have many old holes and damage.
I plan to glue drywall around and got the tip to use PL400 from a carpenter.
However, it costs about twice as much as Byggmax construction adhesive, but I have no idea how well it works in comparison.
Does anyone have experience with Byggmax construction adhesive and if it would work to glue up regular drywall (13mm)?

I bought some of these on two occasions and won't be doing it again. I have installed about 50 m2 of Brandens panel board with adhesive. Byggmax adhesive was "dry," not sticky at all like PL400 and several others. It had almost skinned over already when squeezing it out. I bought Hornbach's own adhesive and Sikabond, both had the right consistency.
Everything else in terms of paint that I've bought at Byggmax has been more than satisfactory, but this one was a disappointment.

Jula was the cheapest when I bought PL600 anyway, then the difference wasn't quite double. I haven't tried Byggmax glue, but I have tried Biltema's and it couldn't be used, it never dried.

PL600 has a different strength directly. Does not smell like skunk either. If you get it in the wrong place, you can take a damp cloth and wipe it away. I use PL400 if it is a really extreme situation where nothing else works.
Jula's price is really good.
