I was thinking of setting the studs at cc60 but maybe cc30 is better as you suggest?
Unfortunately, there are no instructions in the packages.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to compressed air and it's only about 12 sqm, so it's not worth getting. Does anyone have experience with the Biltema nail gun? Would 16mm brads be sufficient?

Thank you for the PDF! Very good!

Now it has become a bit clearer... :)

Best regards/Nicklas

Bumping the thread, I was interested in this ceiling and now have the battens at cc60 in the ceiling, anyone who has installed it like this and knows how it worked? Feels like you might prefer using another ceiling instead of installing a new sparse panel.

And above all: those of you who have had the roof for 4 years, what do you think in retrospect?

Okay, I didn't get much wiser from this. At least, I have been working with one of those boards today at a construction site and it was very stiff, so I think it will be fine anyway.
Then one last question, in which direction should I place these boards? Check the attached image. A or B? That is, in which way will they be the most stable. Keep in mind that you can only screw into the groove of the boards.
Diagram illustrating two orientations (A and B) for installing panels with grooves on a construction project. Vertical and horizontal options measured at 60x120 cm.

Purely spont-ant ;) I think b looks better. More to grasp.

We have installed Byggmax ceiling in several rooms without any problems. However, it has never occurred to me that I should repaint...
I fastened the panels with an air-driven staple gun.
I think we used 45mm staples and shot quite a lot

I have installed approximately 250 sqm of Byggmax ceiling panels. I have mounted them according to B with 600c/c. Sometimes I have screwed with drywall screws and sometimes with an electric staple gun. Used approximately 25 mm staples even though 38 is recommended (I think).

Fantastic :) exactly the answer I wanted to hear, I plan on screwing them since it's such a small area (20m2)

You need to angle the screw slightly so that the head doesn't touch the tongue edge.

Bumping the thread again :) Has anyone installed downlights in this ceiling? I'm mostly wondering if the foil yellows from the heat?
