I am currently searching for suppliers of 100m2 tiles from Porcelanosa Venis. The price in Sweden is 995 SEK/m2 as the starting price. After negotiation and some searching, I have found the following prices per m2:
Sweden 750 SEK (free warehouse)
Ebay Italy 550 SEK (646 including shipping)
Denmark 501 SEK (521 including shipping)
Poland 493 SEK (541 including shipping)
Estonia 458 SEK (excluding shipping)

I have been browsing online for a few days and have gathered these prices. I expect to lower the price further, as I have several inquiries out in Poland. It's quite interesting that it's possible to push the price down by over 50% compared to the Swedish starting price!

Anyone have a link to a Polish store that's easy to reach by car, and preferably if there's an online store to check out? Ideally, an online store where you can order and have it delivered here. :)

I'm looking to find decorative stone online, something like this:

I need about 35 sqm and it costs around a thousand per sqm here at home, so I'm looking abroad.

I'm looking to find decorative stone on the net, like this:

When you need close to 35sqm and it costs about a thousand per sqm here at home, you tend to look abroad.
I can answer this myself as I found a store that should be similar to "our" Bauhaus, and it's fairly accessible in many locations.

Perhaps I've missed a thread, in that case, feel free to point me in the right direction, but wouldn't it be nice to make a collection of links to foreign price comparison sites and the major retailers once and for all? It seems like I'm not the only one who hasn't found all the "good" places yet, considering the often recurring questions.

In my opinion, it should even be its own categories in the Link Guide.

If so, we can start with the links from KjellT above :)

Hello!

Corran

I looked into Isover insulation 35 and found that without negotiating, you could pay about 48 kr/m2 in Poland.

A tip that has given me a much wider selection is to use Google Translator for the item you are looking for. Usually, it's enough to just write wood 45x45 to find out what the studs cost in different stores.

Those of you who have shopped recently, where did you shop, how large were your purchases, and what discounts did you get?

From which contact/supplier?:)

I have been looking for windows and doors around the Baltic Sea. Doors have been hard to find, so I have bought those from Sweden. I have been searching for a regular white door with panels.

But almost all the doors I have found have been hyper-designed things that are impossibly ugly.

I have received a really good quote for about 25 windows and a glass section with sliding doors.
Veka alphaline v90+ from a Polish company.

Example:
4 pcs 15Mx13M
Uw 0,74 (EU calculation)
11 400 kr

Looking for a Purmo Compact supplier from Poland. Does anyone know a company that ships to Sweden? Kotly has good Korad.

Hello!

How funny. I'm looking for the same thing as you! Go to ceneo.pl and email those with the lowest price. A friend in Poland says that's the way to do it - most can offer it ;-) How much do your elements weigh?

I'm going to buy a lot from there and I can honestly say that it's a real goldmine.

How many radiators are you looking for?

If they don't weigh too much, it's worth it. That's really the only problem I've seen, that much of what I need weighs a lot so shipping becomes expensive without a truck - but I'm going to arrange a truck because I have contacts, otherwise it would have been really difficult.

Which supplier? I already have transport so the supplier is just fine :-)

Looking primarily for 4 pcs 1100x600 c22 and a longer c33 xxxx x 300. I've emailed some, but they don't ship to Sweden, so you need your own.

But is ceneo.pl like price runner? I've asked 2-3 suppliers and they reply quite quickly that they don’t deliver to Sweden, in English. A radiator weighs about 35 kg and fits on a pallet which is good. So the total weight will be about 200 kg. If anyone has tips on companies that ship, I would be grateful. Will check with a friend who bought most things for his new house which one he used. However, he had Polish carpenters with contacts.
