nice sketch, right? Do you understand what I mean with the right proposal?
Thanks, yes, very nice :D
I'm with you on the frames to the left, the right... red = floor joist, brown/pink: sill, pink on top: the outer standing wall stud in the section to the right?

red right pinkish-brown right
pink above is a standing rule. which is already nailed in a lying rule (syll).
do you want to screw or nail or mix a little?

Aha, I'm with you. Nail or screw, well, whatever suits the task best. I was mostly thinking of nailing; maybe there are details that are better to screw?

you can fix everything if you have the frames on the sill that are there.
if you have to splice on the studs, screws might be better. mostly to ensure that they are pulled together.

The joints between the sections? Yes, of course. I mean more about if the actual sill needs to be spliced in a special way. In the corners, you splice half-lap, but I was thinking more about splices in the middle of the side. On the sill that is sitting against floor joists/bearer, it can still be spliced half-lap. When building sections, the sill splice ends up... in the section joint... but that doesn't matter, I guess?

By the way, are the sides of the sections made with the same stud dimension as the other wall studs, in my case 45x120? If so, that means you have double studs in the section joint, is that correct thinking?
do you mean thinner timber in the short ends of the house?

No, I mean if I divide the long wall into two sections, the joint between these in the middle of the house will be double wall studs 45x120. But maybe that's needed to join them together well.

oki doki. you have to excuse me. should have understood. I like simple language and my sentences are usually short. it's probably my dyxlexi acting up.

Thanks for all the help! This will probably turn out well.
