Hello
I need advice and help from those who know?
We have signed a contract with a roofing company in Blekinge that wants to replace our metal roof. Before we decided to sign a contract/agreement with the company, everything sounded great (agreement via email where we were supposed to reply "Yes" or "No" without signing). After we answered "Yes," the next day the owner and employees visited us for the first inspection to see what our house looked like. One man wrote down on a regular A4 paper how big our house is and what we want to replace or keep. After a short while, one of the workers went up on the roof to measure it (but they didn't bring any tools to measure the roof, so they borrowed a folding rule and measuring tape from us) and wrote down the measurements. After they finished measuring, they told us they would order the materials we need without asking us what type of roof we wanted, ultimately deciding for us. 1-2 days later, the guys came with scaffolding to use for climbing on the roof, but only a small piece on the side of our house. The next day they started climbing on the roof to remove the old roof, throwing down nails and pins everywhere. Sure, they picked it up afterward, but many nails were left behind. Next, a container arrived. We wondered if it's supposed to be like this with a professional company that has experience. A few days later, we told them a lot of rain was coming and asked if they could do something to protect the roof before the rain started. Of course, they promised to fix it. When the rain came, there was still no protection over the roof, and the rain entered the house, causing damage everywhere inside. I, a woman, had to climb up in the rain myself to cover the roof with plastic. Afterward, as homeowners, we found many mistakes with our roof. We wrote to them, spoke to them, called them, but the same mistakes persist every time. As a homeowner, I wonder what path we can take with this situation, if you can help us and give us advice.

We have signed a contract with a roofing company in Blekinge that wants to fix new metal roofs for us. Before we decided to sign a contract/agreement with the company, everything sounded great (agreement via email that we were supposed to reply "Yes" or "No" not written). After we replied "Yes" the next day, the owner and employee came to us on the first visit to check our house's condition. One man writes on a regular A4 paper by hand how big our house is and what we want to change or keep. After a while, one of the workers goes up on the roof and measures the size of the roof (but they didn’t bring anything with them to measure the roof, so they borrowed a folding ruler and tape measure from us), and one wrote down what they had measured. After they finished measuring, they told us they would order the materials we need without asking us what type of roof we wanted, and in the end, it was up to them to decide. 1-2 days later, the guys came with scaffolding to use when they climb up on the roof but only a small piece on our house side. The next day, the guys came again and started climbing on the roof, taking down the old roof and throwing nails and boards straight on the ground everywhere. Sure, they picked them up afterwards, but many nails they missed remained on the ground, and the next day a container arrived. Then we wondered if it's okay to do this like a professional company with experience. A few days later, we told the guys that there would be a lot of rain coming; right now, we don't have a roof at all, can you do something about it/preventative cover over the roof before we got hit by the rain. They promised, of course, that they would fix it. When the day of the rain arrived, there was still no cover over the roof. So the rain came into the house and damaged everything inside, of course. I, a woman, had to climb up in the rain myself and cover the roof with plastic. Afterwards, as owners, we found many mistakes they made with our roof. We wrote to them, talked to them, called them, but the same mistakes kept happening all the time. I wonder as a homeowner what path we can take with this, if you can help us and give us advice.
Send them away and absolutely pay nothing.
