I have heard that there are building blocks with insulation inside. As I understand it, they consist of leca/insulation/leca, which reduces the construction time. Does anyone know more about these blocks, what they are called, their insulation capability (U-value), etc., etc?

LECA insulation blocks might be what you're looking for.
U-value 0.17 - 0.31 depending on the design and wall thickness.
