Building in heat exchanger

How do I build for this space? I can't find a ready-made Ikea wardrobe that fits the dimensions. There is a stud to the left by the door to screw into. There is a stud about 5cm in behind the dryer. I would like to have a door on the front. Can anyone provide ideas and suggestions?

Curtain? Do not enclose too much, as access is needed for service and maintenance.

May I curiously ask why the inlet on the district heating is not insulated?

May I curiously ask why the supply pipe for the district heating is not insulated?

Yes, and why is there a compression fitting on that pipe? It's usually only approved with soldering or welding.
Or is it some form of local district heating network? Like in a housing cooperative?
