I have a wall in the garage that I'm converting into a laundry room with storage and additional space. The wall in the picture is in the additional space and has district heating pipes in the middle of the wall.
Can you enclose these with a completely new wall or box? What is preferable? Tips or experiences?

  • Garage wall with exposed district heating pipes running horizontally and vertically; discussion on enclosing them with a new wall or box.
Is it a detached villa, a semi-detached house, or some type of condominium?

It looks like the district heating pipes split in the corner.

The shut-off valves must be accessible, can be located behind a slitslucka.

It is a detached villa. Planning to enclose the other one as well, it goes to the heat exchanger.
