Building description - anyone have good examples?
Anyone have good examples of building descriptions for major renovations.
So you can start writing it down in a good way for builders to avoid misunderstandings about what should be done.
Anyone have a good template or example - so both parties understand

Contract?
construction descriptions?
I would recommend hiring a contractor on a turnkey basis so they can provide all the construction descriptions for you to review before the build.B bompa said:
There are standard agreements to be used: AB04, ABt06, ABS18, and the Consumer Services Act
For the renovation of a house or apartment, the Hantverkarformuläret often works very well as a contract.
The Swedish Consumer Agency and the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning have a joint website with very good information for private individuals who are going to hire a craftsman: https://www.omboende.se/sv/Bygga1/Anlita-hantverkare-/Avtal/
When it comes to construction descriptions, you write in plain words how it should look when everything is finished. If you have information on how existing walls (or whatever is affected) are constructed, you write that as well. Photos and drawings of how it looks now and preferably screenshots from some design program of how you want it to look later. That's how I did it anyway. I used Sweet Home 3D to determine how I wanted to remodel the apartment, but if it concerns a house where the facade is also changed significantly, it may not be the best.
