Hello!

I'm planning to tear out the old wardrobes and open up the space behind them. We plan to build a frame around the opening to be able to attach regular doors, but still have a completely open space inside. Any tips on how to do this effectively?

The idea is that the two tall doors will sit as double doors, and then some form of post between the small door and the left tall door. You start by deciding which door you want to have, then you can make a frame so that the door fits. Then you cover the rest of the wall with drywall, beadboard, or something else.
Also, consider the interior you want to have so that it really fits; for example, if you are going to have wire baskets, they must be able to open through the doorway.
