Building a chicken coop/room inside a barn.

I'm planning to build a small chicken coop inside a barn. It will be about 2x3m. I'm thinking of framing with 70x45 studs, putting boards up to about halfway, and then chicken wire on the upper part. What type of board should I use that is cheap and good? I was thinking of OSB boards that are inexpensive and can be painted. Is that a good choice?

Choose the cheapest one that is plain, so it will be easy to clean, because it's a h-e to clean up after them.
