Building a base for a greenhouse with concrete blocks - exactly 50cm?

I am going to build the base/socle for a greenhouse. According to the specs, it should be 50cm high. Since brick was way too expensive, I'm considering lecablock, but the ones I've found are 19cm high. How should I approach this? How much can I adjust with mortar / cut lecablock crosswise?

Anyway. But isn't it best to cast a 10 cm sole and then two shifts of 19 cm with 1 cm mortar. That makes 50 cm.

Should I cast the sole with regular fine/coarse concrete?

Yes, that’s fine and don't forget to reinforce properly.
