our basement has ugly pipes on the wall, so I thought of building a wall so you can't see the pipes but I'm wondering how to build a wall in the basement? with what? so the external walls can breathe, it is the basement, newly done drainage with isodrän on the walls but not the bottom plate (floor).. so moisture comes from below..
any good tips?

otherwise does it work with wooden studs and 13mm gypsum with an air gap at the ends (top and bottom) that is hidden by moldings so it is airy?? doesn't the gypsum paper absorb moisture? or am I overly worried?

If you have moisture problems in the basement, or have had them, I would use inorganic materials in direct contact with walls/floors.

Drywall that is not directly against damp walls is probably no problem at all—after all, there is, for example, drywall in many cold, closed summer cottages that don't have issues with it...

However, I would skip the wooden studs, or place age-resistant plastic or sill paper between wall/studs—but preferably you should use steel studs...
