build load-bearing wall

Hello,

I am planning to make a room larger by removing the kattvindar on the upper floor of the house and at the same time dividing the room in the middle with a load-bearing wall as I am unsure if the walls I am removing are load-bearing due to having a so-called broken roof. My question is, what measurements should I have for the load-bearing studs?

You should file a report with the municipality so they can request drawings/calculations.
If the knee walls are load-bearing, their presence is part of the load-bearing capacity as they stand where they stand. A new wall several meters away can yield a completely different result.

The house was built in a small municipality in the 30s, there are no drawings available except for the extension from the 60s.. unfortunately..

The supporting wall is definitely load-bearing on such a roof. I don't think it can be torn down without reinforcing it in some way.
